Rules

First of all, choose the appartment and fill the RESERVATION FORM. You will get our answer not later than 24 hours. If the apartment is available for the period of your planned stay we will send you the confirmation. In this case you can reserve the apartment.

RESERVATIONS


Stay for 4 or more nights.

For bookings for 4 nights or more, you can select and book from our website any apartment which you prefer (if available at the time of booking). However to confirm this booking you must pay deposit of $50. Deposit can be paid by PayPal, Western Union, Privat24 or web money (feel free to choose any); we will email you all necessary details.

Deposits are not retained by kharkovapartment.com but passed on to owners of apartments to ensure a reservation for you and that is why unfortunately they cannot be refunded. You may only pay the deposit after our confirmation that the chosen apartment is free (isnt taken by someone else) for the period you are going to come!

    We will e-mail you all necessary details about address of apartment, meeting and etc.

    CHECK-IN

    Usual time of check-in is 12 o'clock or around this time. If you need early or late time check-in, you should tell us in advance. Upon your arrival our manager will wait for you either in the office or directely in the apartment you reserved. To feel more confortable you can order airport or railway station pick-up

    Stay for 1-3 nights.

    For bookings for only 1-3 nights we cannot guarantee a particular apartment, but in this case you are not required to pay any deposit (you simply pay the full amount upon checking in). You can tell us which apartments you would prefer, but we can only reserve the accommodation at the price range that you indicate (see home page). On the day of your arrival we will put you in the best available accommodation in this price range. We only offer good apartments, but upon check-in if you do not like the apartment you have been offered, we will gladly assist your with a hotel.

    Upon check-in you are required to pay all of your stay by cash or you can use a credit card (see below). This amount will not include a booking deposit which will be a security/damage deposit for the apartment and will only be returned on the day of your departure. For a short term stay payment in full plus the $50 security/damage deposit as above.

    A tip: To save interest charges on cash you withdraw while traveling you can top up your credit card with the necessary cash before you leave.
